1. Pressure cook for 2 whistles- Gongura leaves (sour spinach) green chillies, one medium tomato and little water. After cool down smash it into paste and keep aside
2. Add raw spices, onions in oil fry and add ginger garlic paste.
3. Add mutton (goat curry) in that and add dry masalas (salt, chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric and also any meat/chicken/paya masala powders).
4. Pressure cook for 7 whistles (or depends on meat hardness reduce the whistles count) and let it cool down.
5. Add Gongura mixture to this meat and cook for few minutes.
6. Check for spices and adjust. Enjoy! 😄
