Ingredients
458g (1lb) salmon filets (skinless)
410g (2 ⅔ cups) green beans, cut to 1-inch pieces
410g (3 cups) fully cooked brown lentils
410g (3 ¾ cups) sweet potato—shredded or finely diced
318g riced cauliflower
135g (3 large) eggs
84g (6 tbsp.) sunflower oil
11g (2 tbsp.) shredded Parmesan cheese
1 packet The Farmers Dog DIY Nutrient Mix
Ingredient note: Fresh or frozen vegetables may be used in these recipes. For best results, weigh by grams and use food-safe thermometer.

Cook time: 45 mins

Instructions:
1) Place pot/skillet or Dutch oven over medium to medium-high heat on the stovetop. Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in and spread it to evenly coat the bottom. Place the salmon filets in the pot and cook, flipping periodically. Break into smaller pieces and cook until the salmon is totally opaque. Remove salmon from the pot and set aside.

2) Add the remaining sunflower oil to the pot. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until they begin to soften.

3) Add the green beans, brown lentils and cauliflower to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are soft and easily break apart or are tender when pierced with a fork.*

4) Add the eggs to the pot and stir to evenly distribute. Cook until the eggs are firm and no longer runny.

5) Add the salmon back to the pot with the Parmesan cheese and stir to evenly distribute. If using a food-safe thermometer, check the temperature at several places throughout the pot to verify that a food-safe temperature of 165°F is reached.**

6) Remove the pot from the heat and sprinkle the package of The Farmer’s Dog DIY Nutrient Mix evenly across the surface. Stir to evenly distribute throughout the food until you can no longer see the nutrient mix.
“Notes:
*Be sure to check that the vegetables are soft and easily broken in order to avoid choking hazards. Large chunks may require additional cooking time.
**In order to maintain safe ready-to-eat meals it is important that all food reaches the USDA guidelines for safety.
