The globe’s best-selling automobile isn’t a Toyota, Honda or Nissan, neither a pick-up vehicle from the sort of Ford or Chevy. Instead, it’s a battery powered, mid-size crossover, from a brand name that hasn’t been around for far more than 20 years.
Which means a boating of mid-life updates to the Tesla Model Y are A BIG DEAL– whereas usually a nip ‘n’ put for a version a few years into its lifecycle would not move the needle.
What modifications are large, what adjustments are small, have they been effective, and will they be sufficient to keep Tesla atop the international sales chart?
