Ingredients:.
1 tbsp moong dal (yellow split lentils).
1 tablespoon rice (cleaned and saturated).
A pinch of turmeric extract.
A pinch of hing (asafoetida).
Water (for food preparation).

Instructions:.
Wash and soak the moong dal and rice for 15-20 mins( optional).
Prepare in boiling water with turmeric and hing up until mushy and soft. Stir periodically to stop sticking.
Mash or blend to a smooth consistency appropriate for your infant.
