Apple and Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients for the dough:
3 tablespoons (36 g) sugar
1 tsp (4 g) completely dry yeast
250 ml of cozy milk
4 tbsps (60 g) butter
500 g flour
1 tsp (3 g) salt
Active ingredients for the filling:
3 apples
3 tbsps (36 g) sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sugarcoat and dry yeast to cozy milk. Mix well and leave for 10 mins to turn on the yeast.
Knead a flexible and soft dough. If the dough is also sticky, include a little flour.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave in a cozy location for 1-1.5 hours up until the dough doubles in dimension.
Preparing the filling:
Peel and core the apples and reduce them into tiny dices.
In a dish, combine apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Split the climbed dough into three. Type buns as received the video clip.
Cook the buns in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
