Concerning This Video:
I attempted developing wall surface from discharged blocks mortared together with mud as opposed to ash concrete as a result of the mud being much easier to produce, especially in the wet season when fire is challenging to generate. The wall at first endured heavy rain as it was being constructed but eventually collapsed near completion, most likely to being developed as well fasts prior to the layers can dry. If I attempt once again in future, I’ll wait a day between layers and just integrate in dry climate, though this experiment revealed that this technique will survive hefty rainfall up to over a meter in wall surface elevation.
Next I advanced from the last video and effectively terminated the roof ceramic tiles in the new kiln. The ash was pelletised to make ash cement for future usage. I made a brand-new set of tiles and some blocks as well for the next firring. Hopefully the weather runs out quickly so I can develop a permanent workshop for the next wet season, I need another tiled hut (along with the present 2 walled tiled hut) that will not rot in the damp climate like thatch does.
