Breast Milk BABY FOOD Recipe✨ #shorts #babyledweaning

Bananas are a nutritious natural sweetener packed with vitamins A, B6, B12, and folate—all
essential nutrients for babies to gain healthy weight.
Chia seeds are the world’s richest plant source of omega-3 fatty acids and contain a fair amount
of protein, vitamin K, calcium, vitamin B6, and zinc. These nutrients help your baby’s brain
development and immune function and support healthy bones. This also aids bowel function.
Peanut butter contains high-quality protein and monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty
acids that are important for your baby’s brain development.
Note that peanut allergy is the most common food allergy, but early and repeated exposure
reduces the risk of allergic reactions. It is recommended to introduce it at 6 months and continue repeat exposure through 12 months. Offer it every three or four days for three to four exposures before introducing any new allergenic foods. ( See my post about allergens; https://youtu.be/y48E59Trd9c)

Ingredients:
3oz breast milk
½ banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tbsp creamy peanut butter (thins in mixture)

Directions:
Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients. Let it sit in the fridge for 30mins-1+ hours until the chia
seeds absorb all the milk/liquid and become a pudding consistency. Serve and let your baby enjoy!
