The strip was developed as well as, for the very first 30 years, attracted by the gifted and also hardworking Alex Kotzky. Kotzky spent years showing comic books, promotions for the popular ad agency Johnstone and Cushing before offering as a ghost musician on strips as varied as Steve Canyon and Juliet Jones, he ultimately landed his own syndicated strip, Apartment 3-G, as well as from that moment on he functioned like a dog for the opportunity.
