Self-driving Tesla app sparks safety concerns after Maryland crash

The Summon App for Tesla vehicles is a self-driving function that, with the faucet of a switch on a phone, the cars and truck’s owner is expected to be able to have the lorry navigate to the person by itself without one within. An auto accident in Maryland involving that function is increasing new security issues. NBC News’ Sue Hogan from NBC4 Washington has the story.
